Workplace Training

Workplace Training Programs

Employers Against Domestic Violence provides practical steps employers can take to protect their business and their employees. Our most effective effort is through training. We will work with your organization to conduct training in the way that is best for you: in-person, online, or hybrid.

How Domestic Violence Affects the Workplace

  • Compromised concentration and performance
  • Workplace interruptions, such as harassing or repeated phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Physical and emotional health effects
  • Effects on co-workers and their productivity

Training sessions are approved for 1 hour of professional development credit toward SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP recertification.
